You ignorant Yoga …
You ignorant Yoga practitioner don’t call the Ashtanga Yoga of Pk joise the Ashtang Yog of great sage Patanjali. People think Yoga is about flexibility because of ignorant instructors like you. In patanjali’s Yog Sutr He has written just 3 Words for Asanas. Read some real text on Yoga and stop ur bad marketing in the name of Patanjali.

Dear Vermacbz, …
Dear Vermacbz, perhaps you don’t realize that the 3rd limb of Ashtang IS asana. The objective of raja yoga is to calm the mind down, this is only possible if one has control of the physical body. When the meditator is not able to control his body, he cannot control his mind. He is,says Pantanjali, advised to practice the asanas of hatha yoga in order to gain the needed mastery. This video is obviously designed to help those of us who have not yet mastered our bodies!
