Then slowly rise your right leg upward and left leg towards your buttocks just like in setu bandha sarvangasana. Your body will upraise and backbend. This yoga helps to open and broaden the chest area. It helps to stretch legs and strengthen them. Try to do this pose beside any wall to take support for upliftment of the body.
Salabhasana. Lie down on your belly with arms rested on both sides of the body. Lift your head, arms, and legs with slow exhalation and rest on your lower ribs, belly, and front pelvis. Arms will be raised parallel to the floor and eyes gazing forward or upward. Hold on your breathe for 30 seconds to 1 minute, then release with an exhalation.
