Have some Hatha yoga  

Getting healthy body, healthy mind and very positive spirit, A 5000 year old system is still used today known as Hatha Yoga. People who do Hatha Yoga combine the stretching exercises of asanas into their practice. It includes the mental concentration and breathing techniques.

The Lotus position from Asanas is being used in practicing Hatha Yoga.  

The goal of applying Hatha Yoga is just the same as using other kinds of Yoga. It aims to blend the human spirit with the peaceful spirit of the Universe. With this practice, the person doing the Yoga exercise increases their spiritual, mental, physical and emotional health and aspect.

Doing Hatha Yoga gives you peace and keeps your environment and the world as one. In doing yoga, including all types of yoga, concentration is the root or main ingredient for a successful yoga

All other types of Yoga have some similarities in one way or the other. Hatha Yoga is used to prepare body for the spirit that will be able to absorb and accomplish the mission. The spirit is responsible in lifting and enlightening. When the spirit is enlightened, the mind is relaxed and it throws away all stress and pain. The body does too.

Too many people get confused because they do not understand that if your body is not healthy and unfit; your spirit cannot successfully accomplish the task. So the goal of Hatha Yoga is perfect to apply if your spirit is weak.

Hatha Yoga will help encourage your body to move and advance positively to a level in which the spirit will be able to work properly. Your spirit and body needs to respond positively so that the mind will be able to keep up with a good concentration.

The best thing about practicing Hatha Yoga is that it helps you find out for your self that there is a divine light that shines in you. Not only does it enlighten you but it can help you become stronger, relaxed and flexible.

The exercise yoga involved in doing Hatha Yoga allows the spiritual energy to flow through the open energy channels. This will be possible if the mind, body and spirit is working good and has harmony. Of course maintaining a healthy body is the most important of all. In a negative manner, our mind and spirit are affected as a result of weak body

When you practice Hatha Yoga, you can easily cope up with stress and relieve some pain and tension. Sometimes, work leaves you wasted and exhausted so you need to relax once in a while. Hatha Yoga is the best remedy to release that pain and tension.

Yoga is available everywhere these days and you might want to try it out if you are looking for something different.  But where do you start and how do you prepare yourself?  Well the first thing to do is assess you health condition and physical capabilities.Being in good health with no injuries is the best way to start.  The next step is locating somewhere in your area with great yoga instructors and classes and that offer yoga for beginners.  Yoga is a science of the body and mind and is something you want to take slowly and explore all that it can do for you.

Beginning yoga will usually center around learning the basic poses and breathing techniques.  There are over 100 Yoga poses!To get to a level that produces the best results, you will need to figure out which style of Yoga you prefer.You need to master the basics before you are ready to move on.Two Yoga styles that are popular with beginners are Hatha and Vinyasa.  Hatha Yoga works on strength and stamina while Vinyasa is by its very meaning, breath synchronized movement. 

Vinyasa teaches you to inhale or exhale when moving from one pose to another.The Cat Cow Stretch and the Sun Salutation are two of the easier and more common poses for beginners.You can search for classes in your area by using the Internet or your local newspaper.Pay attention to instructor credential before signing up to take a class.You can bring your own Yoga mat but most fitness facilities that have Yoga for Beginners will provide mats for you to use.Some will bring their own, but as a beginner you should use the ones provided until you know for sure you like it.Yoga pants are very popular right now and can be found at most athletic stores but as long as they are comfortable and stretchy, sweat pants are completely acceptable.Footwear is not as important as you will probably be barefoot.A supportive top is also a good idea.  Secure hair out of your face so that you can maintain poses without hair tickling your face.

Other things to keep in mind when considering Yoga for beginners is to eat lightly a few hours before class, bring water for before or after class, but don’t drink water during class and let your teacher know it is your first class so they can help you if needed.  Another thought, would be to look online or at a book store for some beginner poses to get an idea on what they look like and maybe even try some.Get a good spot towards the front of the class by arriving a little early.  Choose a location that feels comfortable to you.Get comfortable in the room and relax on your mat.  After that, let the instructor take you on your first journey!
