    It has a wide range …
    It has a wide range of benefits for mind body and spirit, id say a lot of people do it for increased flexibility and muscle toning but its very good for releasing toxins from your organs, realeasing energy, even just look at yoga teachers, they all look 10 years younger than they are, do a search on here for “Intro to Kundalini Yoga with GURMUKH”

    wow whadda ya know..

    now that i think about it, there’s not much reason why it would increase leg strength right enough

    i tried it! easier than it looks, i only held it for a couple of seconds though cause i was scared of being upside down haha

    might have fell over onto the coffee table or something ^^;;

    Could this pose be …
    Could this pose be used for anything other than exercise? Not to be perverted or anything, but maybe like finding change under the couch or something… if you know what I mean…

    It has many …
    It has many advantages, most of all though. It IS good for the brain. It is also good for moving toxins which build up in the legs and lower body and increasing circulation in general.

    You do get some upper body strength from inversions such as this but not much. I don’t think anyone would claim that it gives you leg strength though,

    Note: the …
    Note: the Illuminati is run by reptilian entities known throughout history as Djinn, Nagas, Sheti, Angels/Demons, Dragons, Devils, Drucul etc. that rule the inner circles of Freemasonry and do foul sex&torture rituals(possession involved) usually with young children. They’ll probably release a bird flu virus via vaccines(or by drones), start WW3 w/China & then a staged alien invasion(2010)w/Draconian saviours! Support Stewart Swerdlow, Alex Jones, Dr.Deagle, David Icke & get storable food!
