Never seen before yoga from tibet. Seems to be a method to expel trapped gases in stomach and to speed up excretion of waste in the intestines.

it is a great pleasure to view such practices. whether they are suited for new eyes is not the matter. it is a blessing to know such sacred ways exist in such devotion.

i see the message …
i see the message in this comment. we do believe in radio waves and we do hear the radio . ust as we do believe in the subtle bodies/chakras or simply energy that lives in all things yet we may not “see” it. i believe jackrowet1234’s comment was positive. please try to open your mind and see how you can relate instead of defend. we are all here for the same reason and we must practice compassion in honoring others and ourselves.

THE DALAI LAMA IS GOING TO COURT!!
Indian High court in New Delhi is summoning Dalai Lama to court due to his unconstitutional ban on the ancient practice of Dorje Shugden on his own people.
In India where there are so many religions and their subsects, it is unheard of that a secular/religious leader can issue such a ban.
It has shocked the Indian psyche.
Preliminary hearings have began.

it doesnt have anythign to do with chi or kundalini, the description just says its a good method to expel gases etc. so its just good for health.

this looks reasonably impressive physically, and he looks in good shape on it; but I’m not sure how good for you all that landing on your arse can be. I dare say this sort of thing is good for concentration and coordination etc but I don’ t believe in ” chi” or “kundalini” or whatever. I think in the west we are still too easily impressed by mystical-looking eastern pratices and think they have some great knowledge we don’ t

Well, i don’t know where he learned that, but my dad who is Tibetan, rand away from Tibet because of china invading Tibet. My grandma lost 2 sons, on their way to India. Its really sad.

The chinese …
The chinese communist party invaded independent Tibet 60 years ago for the natural resources (they knew about then) in Tibet and strategic military purposes.
But now Tibet is being over run with Han Chinese INVADERS and as a result Tibetan Culture is being GENOCIDED.
Tibetans who learn their Tibetan language and go back to Lhasa find out that Tibetan language is not useful in Lhasa now.

No democratic …
No democratic leader in the world today would condemn or stop any form of religious worship.
Even the Pope dare not speak against other religions anymore.
Today’s world leaders must show acceptance and tolerance of all forms of worship even the worship of Dorje Shugden.
The Dharamsala Tibetan Govt only has a few years left and they are on the decline. Their existence depends on Dalai Lama. Once he passes,THEY ARE FINISHED.
I advise them to stop all this anti shugden rhetoric.
